A reservation workflow for museums and public cultural venues. Visitors can book, review and cancel reservations through a mobile WeChat entry point, while staff manage capacity by time slot.
Core capabilities
Configure regular opening hours, holidays and temporary schedules. Set capacity and booking requirements for each session. Generate QR-code admission credentials and validate them on site to prevent reuse. Support personal booking history and cancellations according to venue rules.
Implementation
Agree the booking pages, administrative settings, credential generation and validation workflow. Gate integration, handheld scanners and identity verification interfaces are specified separately according to the site and available systems.
