Basic website analytics
We measure public page views, browser-level unique visitors, referring domains or campaign labels, device category and page language. Your browser stores a random identifier that rotates after 90 days; the server stores a keyed hash, not linked to enquiries or accounts. Event records are retained for 90 days; older data is kept only as daily aggregates without visitor identifiers. Analytics does not store raw IP addresses, full referring URLs or form contents. IP addresses are used only as short-lived keyed hashes for rate limiting.
You may disable analytics for this browser on this page. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Opting out does not affect browsing; existing pseudonymous data follows the retention period above. Reports are restricted to authorised brand administrators and publishing operators.
Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry or research application, we save your name, organisation, contact details, area of interest and message. Research applications also record the chosen project, applicant type and the expertise, resources and contribution you describe.
Partner applications include your city, primary and secondary interests, introduction, expertise or market focus, relevant work, resources and availability, portfolio URL, motivation and a collaboration example. We also record submission time and the consent notice version. Please omit client secrets and unrelated sensitive personal information.
Purpose and access
We use this information to respond, assess suitability, discuss participation and record conversations, trial work and ongoing cooperation. Partner applications and follow-up records are accessible only to authorised brand administrators and publishing operators. They are not displayed publicly. Applying does not confirm a partnership or grant brand permissions.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit. To correct information, withdraw an application or request deletion, contact the MGC team member handling it, or send a request through the website contact form with your application reference. We will verify and handle your request.
